Annual Trial Court Interpreters Program Expenditure Report for Fiscal Year 2023–24

The Judicial Council has submitted the 2025 Language Need and Interpreter Use Study (2025 Study) to the Governor and the Legislature in accordance with Government Code section 68563. The 2025 Study covers fiscal year 2020–21 through fiscal year 2023–24 and was prepared by the council’s Language Access Services Program.

Certified and registered interpreters can use instructions for online payment of the compliance annual renewal fee and attestation.

Active court interpreters can use this form to request a badge replacement.

A memorandum to all active certified and registered court interpreters discusses the online process, provides all necessary forms, and includes an instructional PowerPoint on how to use the payment and attestation functions of CIDCS
