Language Access Program Development and Management
In January 2015, the Judicial Council adopted this statewide Language Access Plan (LAP) to provide recommendations, guidance, and a consistent statewide approach to ensure language access throughout the courts.
These three sections provide strategic guidance for translation projects; practical guidance for assisting LEP court users; and information about language access in court-ordered programs and services.
