Include the name, profession, title, and certification or professional license (if applicable) of each instructor. Attach a resume or include a brief biography that may be included in a course catalogue or brochure.
- Please submit the application by pressing the submit button below. If submitting multiple course applications, you will be given the option to complete the online form for each application you wish to submit after submitting the first application.
- Include the amount of $50 per course, maximum $300 payable to the State of California. Upon completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to submit payment online. Application fees are waived for the following public institutions that apply for CIMCE credit:
- Judicial Council of California
- Superior Courts of California
- National Center for State Courts/Consortium for Language Access in the Courts
- Other state courts and AOCs

- Please note the $300 maximum applies provided all courses covered by the $300 fee are submitted at the same time (for online submissions, all forms must be submitted on the same date). Should applications for approval of other courses be submitted at a later date, additional fees will still need to be remitted as fees are applied per submission and not as an annual maximum.
- A link to pay application fees via an online portal is included in your application confirmation email. A $2.50 online processing fee will be added to each payment. Should you wish to send the application fee via mail, please provide a check and name of course that the payment is to be applied to.

Once all attachments have been confirmed, please submit your application by pressing the Submit button below.
After submission, you will be given an opportunity to submit another application online should you need to submit more than one form.
